Meet the Founder
APIN was founded by Dr. Chisom Pascaline, MBBS, Associate Fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (Haematology), and an IBCCES Certified Autism Specialist (CAS).
Dr. Pascaline combines more than a decade of medical practice with expertise in autism education, medical writing, research, and public health. She is passionate about translating complex medical research into practical guidance that families can understand and apply in everyday life.
Her vision is to improve autism awareness, strengthen parent education, support professionals, and contribute to a future where every autistic child in Africa has access to timely support and opportunities to thrive.
